Radisson Blu Hotel, Ajman

The room was spotless, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb! The staff and service were truly outstanding. I was warmly welcomed by Saja upon arrival—she ensured a swift check-in and made sure all my requests were met. She even upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise. When I wanted to extend my stay for a second night, she handled it immediately. Later, when my plans changed and I needed to check out early, she also assisted with the refund efficiently and without any hassle. Another staff member, Austin, took the time to show me around the hotel. Since it was my first visit to Dubai, he also gave me great suggestions on things to do and places to explore in the city. During breakfast, Kyaw provided excellent service and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay with top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended!

The sweet aroma wafting through the lobby added to its charm. The staff were phenomenal, particularly Khadija and saja at reception, there warm smile lit up the entire lobby. The Italian restaurant was also noteworthy, with impressive service that exceeded expectations. My room was spacious, with an enormous bathroom that was a delight to use. What truly stood out, however, was the level of service. Even the lobby front office manager, Ibrahim, took the time to offer us tea while we waited, showcasing the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, my stay at the Radisson Blu Ajman was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

I like the hotel stay as hotel location was quite convenient for us to attend our business meeting with fast travel between the hotel and business location. Hotel checkin experience was great and staff was courties to its guests. I would like to name Mr Syed at the checkin counter and Mr. Kamal in the room service for their courtesy and well mannered behaviour with us for smooth checkin experience.

The room is Very clean and smells good , the AC is cold which I love . “ Fast Room services “ CLEAN “ VERY friendly staff “ Air conditioner Very cold and can adjust to any temperature I want , perfect . “ Comfortable Bed “ The receptionist Khadija was so sweet “ Delicious food ( love the steak ) I also want to thank khadija and the kitchen staff for understanding ,when I asked to hurry to take my medication. They heard how tired I was so the food came to my room super fast smells good cooked well and lots of portion .

Property location was great. Easy access to main roads and best thing you have cafeteria, a 24/7 laundry and a mini market. Staff were really friendly! I would like to mention Saja at the reception was great and friendly at all levels! She was very professional and always kept a smile on her face! I would like also to mentioned Kamal, Abdul and Jafar, they were very helpful and went above and beyond to deliver great service!
